We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of your trip. Ordering early helps avoid any delivery delays and ensures your pack arrives in time for your adventure!
Processing Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail Tracked services for all deliveries:
- Tracked 24: Aims to deliver the next working day (including Saturdays).
- Tracked 48: Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days (including Saturdays).
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Issues
- If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes or severe weather).
